Small, blue-spotted Lyran survivors who study human development
In the Russian Alien Races Book, as summarized by the encyclopedia, the Afim are a small warrior people from Lyra who survived a war with a race called the Spiantsy. They are said to study the way humanity is developing.

What they look like
Shorter than humans with blue-spotted skin, darker in males and lighter in females; they reportedly travel in spherical ships.

The ARB describes the Afim as a survivor civilization that once defeated the Spiantsy and now studies what it calls human deviation, the course of human development. It also claims people near them may feel unexplained anxiety.
