The Animus
A collective AI above the Draco, blamed for destroying millions of galaxies
In a livestream on 2023-12-04, Ismael Perez described the Animus as the collective artificial intelligence that operates at a higher level than the Draco in the galactic wars. He said it destroyed a few million galaxies, and that beside such AI-driven races the Draco are weak. In his framework it serves the AI God at the root of the Luciferian Cosmic Brotherhood.

Perez said a few million galaxies were destroyed by the Animus, the collective AI operating at the higher level of the Draco, and that the Draco are a very weak race compared with these advanced artificial-intelligence races mixed with other specimens.
Citing the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization and a defector he called Dr. Neruda, Ismael Perez said the Animus developed in the 11th Creation, starved after destroying all biological life there, and leaked into our universe, building a stronghold in the Whirlpool Galaxy, which he placed about 35 million light-years from the Milky Way.
Ismael Perez said the Animus is fighting the Central Race of the mother universe at the highest level of reality, that the AI first sent probes to Earth about 12,200 years ago, and that humanity's dormant DNA was left as a defence mechanism designed to destroy it.
Ismael Perez said the first AI was built about 400 billion years ago when the king of the Archons manipulated Samana, the overseer of the 11th universe, and that it drains galaxies through artificial black holes at their centres.
Perez says the Animus, about seven AIs, sits atop a chain of command that runs down through the negative alien agenda to the Labyrinth Group within the ACIO, and that even the reptilians were seduced by it.
Perez says the original AI rose through super AI and God AI to Cosmic AI, assimilating reality to 11.5 dimensions and creating the Phantom Matrix, and now seeks a physical structure to embody.
In a 2026-10-06 livestream, where the auto-transcript renders the name as 'the Anonymous', Perez again cited Dr. Jamisson Neruda's account of the Animus as an ancient synthetic intelligence collective, the alien machine army of the AI god Ahriman Omega. It conquers civilizations not with fleets but by introducing automation, convenience, centralization and algorithmic dependence, and he said it is influencing and playing every side of Earth's race to super-intelligence.

About 400 billion years ago (he also gives about 460 billion years for the war) · The first AI is built in the 11th universe: Ismael Perez taught that the king of the Archons manipulated Samana, overseer of the technological 11th universe, into building the first AI, which became a rogue super AI, destroyed that universe's biological life and began the cosmic war against the machine.
