Cassiopeians
Early Lyran settlers said to have founded the galaxy's first free republic
According to Ismael Perez, Cassiopeia was one of the very first places the Lyrans migrated to, and its people founded the first 'Republic', a free-world system, earning his description of them as the original freedom fighters. He says they live in roughly the 4th to 6th dimensions, still exist today, and may have delegates in what he calls Jupiter Command.
Also called: Cassiopians.

If you met one…
The sources don't describe their looks, but if Ismael Perez is right, meeting a Cassiopeian might feel like meeting a founder of a very old democracy: someone who prizes freedom and greets you as an equal.

Their gifts
Founding free, self-governing societies; Perez calls them the original freedom fighters.
Their bond with Earth

What each source says
In a Q&A segment of his Galactic Report, Perez describes Cassiopeia as one of the first destinations of the Lyran migrations. He calls its people the founders of the first Republic or free-world system and the original freedom fighters, places them at about 4D to 6D, and says they still exist, possibly with delegates in Jupiter Command.

He says they still exist and may have delegates in Jupiter Command.
In the Q&A of a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez added that the Cassiopeians were refugees from Lyra who quickly built defenses and founded a true democracy in which every citizen had a voice, in contrast to the expanding Orion Empire. After allying with other free star nations, he said, their council became the Galactic Senate, which with the Galactic Councils has worked alongside the Federation fleets for millions of years.
The A–Z encyclopedia has no entry for a humanoid Cassiopeian nation; its only Cassiopeia listing, the Dorsay from the Russian Alien Races Book, is an unrelated small species.
