Cetacean Star Peoples
Dolphin- and whale-like star people who sit on the Galactic Federation
Ismael Perez describes the Cetaceans as dolphin- and whale-like people with humanoid bodies who can live both on land and in the oceans, and he counts them among the non-humanoid members of the Galactic Federation. His book Our Cosmic Origin calls the whale and dolphin people some of the most loving beings in our galaxy, says they came from another, ascending galaxy to help, and repeats reports that many Sirian Cetaceans have been on Earth since Mu.

If you met one…
Imagine a figure rising from shallow, sunlit water: a smooth dolphin-like face, eyes full of humour and warmth, and a feeling of being greeted as an old friend. Contact feels less like words than like a wave of affection passing straight through the heart, often with a click and whistle you somehow understand.
What they look like
In Ismael Perez's description, dolphin- or whale-headed beings on upright humanoid bodies, equally at home in water and on land. The archive pictures them with smooth blue-grey skin, a rounded brow and dark, warm eyes.
Their gifts
Unconditional love, joy and emotional healing, telepathic and sound-based communication, and long memory of Earth since Mu.
Their bond with Earth
Ismael Perez places them in the Galactic Federation that, he says, works behind the scenes with the Earth Alliance. Through their Sirian kin among Earth's dolphins and whales, he says, they have watched over the planet since Mu.
What each source says
Ismael Perez said that around sixty percent of Galactic Federation representatives are humanoid and that the rest include Cetaceans, dolphin and whale species, together with felines, Carian bird people, Raptors, mantis beings and reformed Grays and Zetas.
Ismael Perez teaches that for every animal on Earth there is a star people with that animal's head on a humanoid body. He describes the Cetaceans as dolphin- and whale-like people who can live both on land and in the oceans, and counts them among the benevolent non-Adamic species.
In Our Cosmic Origin, Ismael Perez calls the whale and dolphin people some of the most loving beings in the galaxy, says they came from another, ascending galaxy to assist us, and repeats reports that many Sirian Cetaceans have lived on Earth since Mu.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez said whales and dolphins, which he believes come from Sirius B, were not always ocean dwellers: about 28 to 30 million years ago upright, two-legged dolphins and whales walked on land. He said Sirian aquatic settlers of that era formed close relationships with the cetaceans' ancestors.
The wider starseed community often treats dolphins and whales as Sirian souls in ocean form and describes Sirian starseeds feeling a deep pull toward them, an idea that fits the Sirius origin in Ismael's book.
