If you met one…
Ismael's Raptors are said to be allies, so a meeting might feel surprisingly protective: an alert, upright reptilian figure standing guard rather than threatening. Other accounts in the literature are far less comfortable, which is why sources urge calm discernment.
What they look like
Reptilian humanoids. The encyclopedia's sources describe Draconian castes as scaled and slit-eyed, from about 6 to 25 feet tall and sometimes horned; Ismael Perez gives no detailed description of the Raptors.
Their gifts
The Earth-native Raptors are described as defenders of Earth who once joined human 'super soldiers' to repel an incoming Draco force.
Their bond with Earth
Ismael Perez sees the native Raptors as positive and allied with good Inner-Earth peoples, while Draconian reptilians are linked with long-term control of the surface. He stresses that reptilian biology does not by itself mean hostility.
What each source says
In his Galactic Report Q&A, Ismael Perez describes the Raptors as an indigenous, positively aligned reptilian species of Earth. When Draco forces took over Earth's surface, they moved underground and lived alongside positive Inner-Earth civilizations, and he recounts a story of Raptors and human 'super soldiers' fighting Draco arrivals coming through a portal. Separately, his Cosmic Origins history says Reptilians secretly built a military outpost on Earth's surface about 4 million years ago, and he estimates that roughly 40% of reptilian beings are positive.
Ismael Perez said Draco reptilians have lurked for thousands of years in vast subterranean tunnel networks, with a major headquarters of the Enki-aligned negative Anunnaki under Africa, and that clearing them involves rescuing captives and then flooding the tunnels.
The A–Z compilation's sources describe Draconian reptilians, especially the elite Ciakahrr caste from Thuban / Alpha Draconis, as conquest-minded infiltrators who have kept a permanent presence on Earth for at least 15,000 years. They are described as huge, scaled and slit-eyed, and as feeding energetically on fear. The compilation flags reptilian origins and intentions as a point of real disagreement between sources.
In wider disclosure lore, stories of reptilian beings living in caverns and deep underground bases are common, often blended with ancient serpent and dragon myths. Many in the community also hold, as Ismael does, that not every reptilian is hostile.
