What each source says
On 2023-11-30 Ismael Perez described the Paa Tal (the name Alex Collier uses) not as a coalition of seeders but as the original 'central race' of the Central or Mother Universe, also called the order of the eternals. In his account everything, angels and galactic humanoids included, was made in their image. He calls them both our ancestors and our future: Earth humans alone, because of their genetic diversity, can evolve to the Paa Tal level, and Paa Tal guardians are on Earth now protecting the ascending timeline.
In a 2026-04-25 interview Ismael Perez named the Paa Tal (transcribed "Patals") together with the Blue Avian Azurites and the feline Urmah as the higher-dimensional Guardians who stepped in from 2011 to stop negative space programs from taking control of Earth.
Per Danaan, their arks have been reactivating since about 2019–2021, and some of these lineages may match Marciniak's 'Original Planners'.

2011 · The Guardians intervene in a war for the solar system: In a 2026-04-25 interview Ismael Perez said a major war for control of Earth broke out in our solar system in 2011, and higher-dimensional Guardians, including the Blue Avian Azurites, the Paa Tal and the feline Urmah, stepped in alongside Solar Warden.
Late 2023 (the month after his 2023-11-30 interview) · Federation fleets stand guard at CERN: Ismael Perez said on 2023-11-30 that a coming CERN experiment aimed to open a doorway into another universe and hijack the Event. He said it would fail because the stargates were sealed, Federation fleets were stationed at CERN and the ascending timeline was secured.
