Off-World Humans (Breakaway Colonies)
Over ten million humans said to live in hidden colonies across the solar system
Ismael Perez teaches that, since a 1950s 'brain drain' took more than 500,000 people off Earth to work with breakaway groups, a hidden human civilization of more than ten million people has grown across the solar system. In a 2026-10-04 Jupiter Command briefing he counted over four million inside the Moon, over two million beneath the surface of Mars and over 1.5 million on Ceres, with more on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, on spacecraft and in the Kuiper belt. He describes them as generations of scientists, engineers, diplomats and defence personnel working alongside extraterrestrial races, whose existence will be disclosed after the hybrids emerge.

If you met one…
Picture a quiet corridor carved from rock beneath the Martian surface, softly lit to match an Earth morning. A woman in a pale, practical uniform looks up from her work and smiles as if meeting a cousin she had heard about all her life. For her, talking with beings from other stars is ordinary; for you, it is the first step into a family far larger than you knew.

Ordinary humans in appearance. Perez says many have spent most or all of their lives away from Earth, in subsurface cities with artificial daylight.

Their bond with Earth
Perez says they help defend the solar system in a cooperative network with extraterrestrial races, and that after the hybrids are disclosed, the colonies on the Moon, Mars, Ceres and the Jovian moons will be revealed, showing surface humanity that it is only the terrestrial branch of a much larger human presence.

Perez described the Mars population as living in natural geological formations enlarged into settlements with artificial ecosystems, the Ceres colonies as cities in pressurized interior chambers with artificial day and night, and the lunar population as filling vast interior complexes that hold Space Force, research, residential, medical, educational and diplomatic areas. He said people travel between them through jump rooms and portals.
Perez said the off-world colonies will be disclosed in stages after the hybrids emerge publicly: first the Moon, then Mars, Ceres and the Jovian moons. The lunar population, he said, includes starseeds as well as ordinary Earth Terrans who were given the opportunity to live off-world.
