Telosians
Lemurian descendants said to live in the city of Telos beneath Mount Shasta
In community lore, Telosians are the descendants of Lemurian survivors who live in Telos, a crystal-lit city inside Mount Shasta in northern California. None of the uploaded documents mention Telos, so this entry rests on the broadly shared starseed tradition, set beside what Ismael Perez teaches about Lemuria itself.
Also called: People of Telos, Lemurians of Mount Shasta.

If you met one…
Visitors to Mount Shasta sometimes describe a tall, gentle stranger in white on a forest trail who seems to know them already, and then is simply gone. In the lore, meeting a Telosian feels like being welcomed home.
What they look like
Community accounts picture them as tall, radiant, human-looking people with long hair and white or softly glowing robes.
Their gifts
Said to carry Lemuria's heart-centred wisdom, crystal and sound healing, and the memory of living in harmony with Mother Earth.
Their bond with Earth
In the lore they guard the Mount Shasta region and Lemurian teachings, waiting for surface humanity to rise in frequency so the two peoples can meet openly.
What each source says
Ismael Perez's uploaded notes do not mention Telos or Mount Shasta. His Lemuria story gives useful context: Mu was the Mother Continent of Earth's third seeding and was destroyed about 50,000 years ago, and he places its remains partly beneath the Florianópolis region of Brazil rather than the Pacific. He also teaches that a parallel Earth in which Mu was never corrupted still exists and is helping our own.
Ismael Perez counts the Telosians and Agarthans as breakaway groups: inner-Earth peoples who escaped the cataclysms of the Lemurian and Atlantean epochs and now live inside the planet.
Perez says Earth is receiving help from the Council of Telos and told his co-host, a Mount Shasta resident, that she is a member of it.
On 2026-09-27 Ismael Perez said the Telosians, like the Agarthans, are a branch of ancient humanity that never joined Enki's genetic experiments and kept the original twelve-strand DNA template; he agreed that their digestion differs from that of 3D surface humans.
Widely shared starseed lore, popularised by Aurelia Louise Jones' channelled Telos books, describes Telos as a city founded by Lemurians who moved beneath Mount Shasta before their continent sank. Their high priest is named Adama, and the community is said to live in a fifth-dimensional state as part of the larger Agartha network. Mount Shasta itself is treated as a sacred gateway where visitors report lights, tones and meaningful encounters.
