Venusians

According to Ismael Perez, Venus is home to a galactic royal family whose Queen helps lead the Association of Worlds, the council of our local star neighborhood, and whose son, Commander Valiant Thor, was sent to work with U.S. President Eisenhower in 1954. Perez also teaches that Venus held a thriving colony some four million years ago. In the encyclopedia's sources, the Law of One's 'Ra' is described as a group consciousness of Venusian origin.

Perez says the Association of Worlds, co-led by the Queen of Venus with Commander Korendor on Jupiter's moon Ganymede, sent Valiant Thor in 1954 after negative ETs violated the prime directive, and that Earth joined the Association in 2021.

Perez teaches that the Association of Worlds oversees our local system and is headed by Commander Korendor on Ganymede, with Commander Valiant Thor as his first liaison. Valiant Thor is the son of the Queen of Venus, of Venusian galactic royal blood, and was dispatched in 1954 to work with Eisenhower; the Queen herself also helps lead the Association, which Earth joined in 2021.

In his solar-system history, Perez says every planet, Venus included, was colonized about four million years ago under a protective Federation shield. Venus came through the Martian war intact, but its colony was devastated when Draco forces destroyed the planet Tiamat.

Perez said Venus exists in the fifth dimension with its civilization fully intact. Some cities float above the clouds on land masses the size of U.S. states because Venusians control gravity, a feature of Type II stellar civilizations, and most of the off-world members of the Earth Alliance are Venusian, manifesting physical bodies to look like us.

He described Valiant Thor as the Venusian commander for the Confederation, associated with the Venus Council, who met presidents in the 1950s and 1960s, has worked with the white hats since the 1960s, and will be among the first galactics to appear publicly at the White House.

Ismael Perez holds that the whole solar system is inhabited, including Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus, by civilizations in higher dimensions that humans will be able to meet as they enter the fifth dimension.

Ismael Perez said the Venusians will be the first extraterrestrials humanity openly meets, followed by the Jupiter Command, and that they already work with Earth programs such as Solar Warden from other dimensions of the solar system.

Perez describes Venus as a sixth- to eighth-dimensional Earth whose council dispatched Valiant Thor because Earth's failure to ascend would mean Venus ceasing to exist; he says Venus works through the Association of Worlds, about 600 worlds of the local cluster with a base at Jupiter.

Perez lists the Venusians, together with civilisations on Jupiter and Saturn existing in fourth to sixth density, among the humanoid peoples of our own local cluster.

In a 2026-04-25 interview Ismael Perez said the Galactic Federation of Worlds sent Commander Valiant Thor of Venus to form an alliance with Eisenhower that became "the plan" to restore constitutional government, later carried forward by Kennedy. In a 2026-01-03 interview he described Valiant Thor as the liaison between the human White Hat team and the Galactic Alliance.

In a 2026-10-13 livestream Ismael Perez said Valiant Thor is a sixth-dimensional Venusian who could be classed as an angel, and that part of him is now incarnated on Earth as a starseed with a third-dimensional human avatar, which is why he can no longer appear physically. He also said Sanat Kumara, a separate being who works with Thor, recently rose from planetary logos of Venus to solar logos.

Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-24 that Commander Valiant Thor met Eisenhower first at an air base he placed near Palm Springs and again at the Pentagon, then stayed at the Pentagon for about two to three years, in secret, helping build the positive military programmes.

According to the crosswalk, Bashar has directly fielded the Valiant Thor question, including whether the figure in Dr. Frank Stranges' account came from Venus, but does not build his public framework around Thor. For early open contact, Bashar points more to the Yahyel and the Sassani than to Venusians.

The encyclopedia does not profile a Venusian race, but its entry on the Confederation of Planets describes Ra, the voice of the Law of One material, as a sixth-density group consciousness of Venusian origin within a service-to-others federation.

In galactic history

About 4 million years ago · Tiamat Earth and the protective shield: Ismael Perez teaches that another fragment of Avyon, caught by the Pleiadian central sun Alcyone, grew into Tiamat, a 5D Earth four times today's size. The Federation placed an electromagnetic shield around our solar system, which he links to the biblical firmament, and every planet was colonised, including Mars, Venus and Maldek, with Nibiru counted as a 12th planet.

About 4 million years ago (following the fall of Mars) · Tiamat and Maldek are destroyed: Ismael Perez teaches that reptilians used a death star from a hidden outpost to destroy Tiamat, devastating the Venus and Jovian colonies. Nibiru then destroyed Maldek, forming the asteroid belt, but its radiation damaged Nibiru's atmosphere, which later sent the Nibiruans to Earth seeking gold. The remaining part of Tiamat became our present Earth, a third of its size, in the 3rd dimension.

1954 · Valiant Thor is sent to Eisenhower: Ismael Perez says that in 1954, after negative ET groups broke the prime directive, the Association of Worlds sent Commander Valiant Thor, a son of the Queen of Venus, to work with President Eisenhower.

With the creation of the Space Force · The Space Force as the start of disclosure: In a 2023-12-12 interview Perez said the Space Force is the vehicle through which Solar Warden's 60-plus years of advanced technology is meant to be brought into the open, leading toward first contact.

2021 · Earth joins the Association of Worlds: Ismael Perez teaches that Earth joined the Association of Worlds in 2021: the local alliance of about 52 solar systems headed by Commander Korendor (based on Ganymede) and the Queen of Venus, which he describes as more willing to step in than the larger federations.

Within the last few years · Sanat Kumara becomes solar logos: In a 2026-10-13 livestream Ismael Perez said Sanat Kumara recently rose from planetary logos of Venus to solar logos, and is now associated with our Sun.

Gradual; no fixed date · Disclosure and open contact: Ismael Perez expects contact to unfold in stages, with Alpha Centaurans and Federation allies helping prepare, as humanity becomes less fearful. For him disclosure means both revealed programmes and an inner remembering of humanity's cosmic ancestry.
