- Blessing
In the Shadow of Blessing, excess shows up as patterns of resistance or limitation. Awareness softens the shadow: simply witness it without judgment.
In its Embodiment, growth turns challenges into creativity and care. Expressed consciously, it deepens.
In its Mastery, blessing moves through you without effort: stay present, breathe, and let it.
