Arcturians
Serene healers of light and sound, said to work from the seventh dimension and beyond
According to Ismael Perez, the Arcturians are a deeply benevolent civilization operating mostly from the 7th dimension and above, sharing a telepathic group consciousness. They are renowned healers whose craft are said to travel by shaping the geometry of space and time. The A–Z encyclopedia's sources (Edgar Cayce, Norma Milanovich, Tom Kenyon) add that they have moved beyond ordinary physical life and appear either as small, slender beings or as patterns of light.

If you met one…
The encyclopedia's sources say an Arcturian might appear as a short, slender figure with softly blue-green or violet skin and long, gentle eyes, or simply as shimmering light and geometry. Ismael Perez links them with healing chambers and cocoon technologies, so the encounter the sources suggest is less a conversation than a quiet, restoring calm.
What they look like
Ismael Perez gives no detailed body. The encyclopedia's sources describe them, when they take form, as 3–4 feet tall with slim frames, elongated eyes and blue-green or pale violet skin, and say they are just as likely to appear as light or geometric patterns.
Their gifts
Healing modalities, healing chambers and cocoon technologies, sound and vibrational work, and the ability to switch off hostile technology without destroying anything.
Their bond with Earth
Perez says they work with the Earth Alliance and positive military programs and can extract people through portals; he also counts Arcturians among the future versions of us. The encyclopedia calls them universally service-to-others, having moved beyond the question of polarity.
What each source says
Perez describes the Arcturians as service-to-others beings operating mainly at 7D and above, with a collective telepathic, social-memory-complex consciousness. Their specialties include healing modalities, chamber and cocoon technologies, portal extraction and disarming hostile technology without destruction; their craft move through controlled space-time geometry rather than conventional propulsion. The FAQ frames their role as technical-spiritual mastery: stabilizing fields and assisting healing without overriding human free will.
In the course, Perez lists an Arcturian Council of 12 among the councils serving the Guardian Alliance, names Arcturus as one of the refuges of the Lyran diaspora, and says that Arcturians, Andromedans and Pleiadians are all future versions of us.
Perez said some members of the Earth Alliance are Arcturians, who manifest material bodies so they look like Earth humans.
Perez says the Arcturians are an advanced higher-dimensional collective holding the greatest healing technologies, working under Archangel Raphael on med beds, holographic regenerators and cosmic celestial chambers.
Perez places the Arcturians, with the Andromedans, as sixth- and seventh-dimensional versions of humanity.
In a 2026-01-03 interview Ismael Perez said Nikola Tesla was an Arcturian who projected part of his consciousness into a human body, perfected time travel before the military did, and founded what Perez calls a triple temporal alliance working from past and future.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez named the Arcturian Crystalline Engineers, frequency-technology specialists who maintain the undersea energy networks and interdimensional pathways, among Earth's seven major ocean civilizations.
In a 2026-10-13 livestream Ismael Perez said the Jupiter Command authorized Arcturian medical technologies, resonant containment systems able to identify a pathogen and neutralize contamination without harming ecosystems, during a Space Force biosecurity operation against a plague outbreak in Russia.
In a livestream on 2026-09-20, Ismael Perez said the Arcturians supplied 'cocoon chambers', a regeneration technology beyond med beds that can restore life after death. Space Force personnel killed in the summer 2026 attack on the Lunar Operating Command were placed in them and brought back to life about two weeks later.
Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-22 that the lights seen over Iran on 20 September 2026 were mainly Arcturian vessels in a Galactic Alliance operation called Guardian Shield, sent to protect the region's stargates. They lowered their frequency so they could be seen, which he called a first step toward a planned mass appearance.
Bashar presents Arcturus mostly as a non-physical energy, not a race of beings in ships. He describes it as a regulating gate that steps energy from other dimensions down into forms humans can take in. Summaries of his talks link the Arcturus vibration to children born today who keep more memory of who they are, and place Arcturus in a triad pattern alongside Polaris. A fan wiki calls it an eighth-density consciousness. The popular idea of Arcturus as a way-station for souls between lives goes back mostly to Edgar Cayce's readings; we could not confirm that wording as Bashar's own.
Elizabeth April presents the Arcturians as advanced, deeply spiritual beings from the Arcturus system whom she sees as architects of peace and unity and as specialists in energy healing. An Arcturian she calls 'G' is one of the most frequent voices in her monthly Galactic Federation summits, speaking on timelines, polarity and neutrality, and the much-discussed 'solar flash'; another Arcturian speaker, named Anubis, appears in a 2025 episode.
In the Family of Taygeta material, 'Arcturian' covers three ancient, non-Lyran species from the Boötes region — the Dieslientiplex, Devonians and Korendians. Swaruu describes them as short, with large heads and almond eyes, without males or females: an elder grows a clone in a pouch, and its consciousness passes into the clone. They are said to be gifted artists, musicians and builders, strongly telepathic without being a hive mind, co-founders of the Federation and the Andromeda Council, builders of Andromedan ships and cooperative partners of Taygeta; she adds that many New Age teachers on Earth are Arcturian souls.
Citing Edgar Cayce, Norma Milanovich and Tom Kenyon, the encyclopedia presents the Arcturians as healers, sound-workers and engineers of vibrational consciousness from Arcturus in Boötes. They are said to be no longer principally physical, to have evolved past polarity, and to appear either as small, slender beings or as light and geometry.
In galactic history
Undated; soon after the Ring Nebula attack · The Lyran Diaspora: Ismael Perez says the Lyran leader, the Great White Lion (spelled Emelius or Amelius in the notes), sent about three quarters of the Lyrans away to the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda and some 200,000 other star systems to save the experiment. Feline Urmah warriors stayed and fought bravely but were defeated.
About 5 million years ago (as stated in this interview) · A coalition of light becomes the Galactic Federation: In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Ismael Perez said a Lyran-Sirian coalition of light, joined by Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Epsilon Eridani, Epsilon Bootis, Alpha and Beta Centauri, Mintaka and free upper-Orion systems, became the Galactic Federation about 5 million years ago, a different date from the roughly 60 million years in his course notes.
Summer 2026 (about two months before his 2026-09-20 livestream) · Incursion at the Lunar Operating Command: Per Ismael Perez (2026-09-20), Dark Fleet forces from an alternate Earth he called Earth 2701 used temporal displacement to strike the Lunar Operating Command, killing about half the Space Force personnel there; Arcturian cocoon chambers revived them about two weeks later. A battle at Area 51 followed about three weeks after the incursion.
20 September 2026 · Operation Guardian Shield over Iran: Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-22 that the lights seen over Iran were Arcturian craft with Andromedan and Pleiadian support, protecting the Abaddon stargate (Stargate 10) and a gate in Yemen from the escalating war, and deliberately visible as a prelude to a mass appearance.
