Luminous guides who reach us through consciousness rather than ships
Light beings are higher, largely non-physical intelligences experienced as light, presence and guidance. Ismael Perez describes them as positive guides connected with higher councils and the Federation, who work through consciousness rather than politics or military means. The encyclopedia's sources describe many advanced peoples who take on a light-being form at higher density.

If you met one…
Most accounts describe a warm brightness in the room or in meditation, and a sense of being completely known without any judgement. There may be no shape to see at all, only the feeling that someone loving has quietly arrived.
What they look like
Luminous and often formless or softly humanoid; some appear as geometric shapes of living light, or as light-based and electromagnetic patterns rather than bodies.
Their gifts
Guidance, inspiration and healing offered through dreams, meditation and the heart rather than through physical contact.

Ismael Perez says Federation personnel regard light beings as guides rather than military partners. His Ascension course counts connecting with spirit guides, angels and galactic family as a natural sign that a person is ascending.
What each source says
Ismael Perez lists Light Beings as positive presences aligned with higher councils and the Federation, existing beyond ordinary government diplomacy and guiding through fields of consciousness. Alongside them he describes Energy Beings, who have outgrown biological bodies and exist as coherent electromagnetic or light-based structures that meet people mainly through consciousness. His FAQ adds that 'energy being' need not mean formless, since such beings can choose a form when needed, and his Ascension 1.0 course names contact with spirit guides, angels and galactic family as a sign of ascension.
In videos published on 2023-11-18 and 2023-11-20, Ismael Perez taught that humanity descends from luminous light beings who once lived as one collective mind joined to the Great Central Source. Pride, the first sin, arose when some of them began to see themselves as separate. The descent that followed ran from pure light to etheric intelligences to physical form. He described it as a purposeful mission to spiritualize matter, one that can end with souls becoming creator gods in new cycles of creation.
Perez taught that humans began as whole light beings in timeless celestial spheres, then took non-organic energy bodies in the etheric spheres, and that the first Adam, our ancestor, was a light being in the eighth dimension before the material Adam Kadmon form was needed.
Ismael Perez taught that humanity began as whole light beings in the always-existing spheres of pure light, became individual spirit beings as the Middle Heavens formed, took etheric light bodies, and finally entered matter as Adam Kadmon, first living in the eighth dimension in refined, non-organic matter.
The A–Z compilation's sources describe the Ranthia as light-being teachers who reach humans mostly through dreams and altered states, and the Ultraterrestrials as cosmic administrators who appear as geometric shapes of living light; both come from Anna Hayes' Voyagers material. Several star peoples, including the Mintakan, Alnilam and Alnitak lineages and the Angelic Lineage, are said to take a light-being form at higher density.
In the wider spiritual community, 'light beings' is a warm umbrella term for guides, angels, ascended souls and star family who are felt as light, warmth or tingling, especially during meditation, prayer and dreams.
