Avians
Blue Avians
Blue, bird-like guardians said to watch over Earth's transition from sphere-craft
Blue Avians are tall, blue-feathered, bird-like beings described as high-dimensional guardians. Ismael Perez places them and the related Sphere Being Alliance around 9D and above, beyond ordinary galactic politics, and links them to the Ra collective and the Law of One. The encyclopedia's main source is Corey Goode, who describes contact with a Blue Avian named Raw-Tear-Eir.
Also called: Sphere Beings, Sphere Being Alliance, Avians, Blue Aliens.

If you met one…
The encyclopedia's sources describe a tall figure with blue plumage and a bird-like head. In both Perez's and Goode's accounts, the feeling is of a gentle teacher or custodian rather than a ruler.
What they look like
Tall avian-humanoid form with blue plumage and a bird-like head.
Their gifts
Sources describe them as consciousness teachers who buffer incoming cosmic energies and share a service-to-others, Law of One-style philosophy.
Their bond with Earth
Described as arriving with the Sphere Being Alliance to assist Earth's transition, and as high-level custodians who intervene only sparingly.
What each source says
Ismael Perez's briefing calls the Avians a benevolent guardian category and places the related Blue Aliens / Sphere Being Alliance at 9D and above, with authority beyond ordinary Federation politics and ties to the Ra collective and Law of One teaching. He also lists Blue Avians among the positive Sirian-associated groups. The revised FAQ adds that they are said to moderate incoming cosmic energies and act as custodians of evolutionary conditions rather than rulers of human affairs.
Ismael Perez mentions Avians and Blue Avians briefly as a very high-level, benevolent group of guardian beings in avian-humanoid form, from higher dimensions. He later connects related blue beings to the Sphere Being Alliance and the Ra collective.
Ismael Perez describes the Blue Aliens of the Sphere Being Alliance as higher-dimensional beings at 9D and above, connected with the Ra collective. He casts them as neutral guardian-observers above ordinary Federation politics, teaching Law of One service-to-others philosophy and providing high-level oversight.
Perez recalled meeting Blue Avians, along with Azurites, as members of the Ra Confederacy, a group of highly evolved intelligences beyond the Galactic Federation, during briefings held on Jupiter for an off-world guardian unit he says he served in.
Ismael Perez said the Blue Avians originated in the twelfth dimension (Harmonic Universe 4) and descended into dimensions eleven through nine. They take a humanoid body with a bird's face, built from the genetics of an older bird-like race from a planet called Kum in another universe, and the name 'Blue Avians' was given to them by secret space program personnel.
According to Ismael Perez, the Blue Avians' essence first arose in a blue sphere in the ninth creation, an older universe that has since completed. Forty-nine of them volunteered, with forty-nine Urmah, to engineer the polarity rules of our twelfth universe, and they built the stargates and portals linking its planets, stars and galaxies.
Ismael Perez reported that Blue Avian vessels guard the heliosphere with an electromagnetic shield that has sealed the solar system and its portals since 2014–2015, and that their ninth-dimensional technology buffers energy from the Great Central Sun to prevent a pole shift until Earth can hold fifth-dimensional gamma frequencies.
In a 2026-04-25 interview Ismael Perez named the Blue Avian Azurites among the eighth- to tenth-dimensional Guardians who intervened in the 2011 war for our solar system and, with Solar Warden, had retaken about 100 colonies, including the Lunar Operating Command, by 2016.
In a 2026-10-11 briefing Perez listed the Blue Avians, with the feline Ormas, among the higher-dimensional guardian orders that joined the Earth Alliance and Galactic Alliance in a campaign from about 2014 to 2026. That campaign, he said, dismantled the remaining Draconian infrastructure throughout the solar system.
On 2026-09-29 Ismael Perez placed the Blue Avians in the higher Guardian Alliance with the Orma, Carians and the Ra collective, operating from the ninth or tenth dimension and above, outside both the Earth Alliance and the Galactic Federation.
The A–Z encyclopedia describes the Avians as 6th–9th density beings with no fixed planet, operating from sphere-craft in the outer solar system since about 2014, and as higher-density consciousness teachers who came with the Sphere Being Alliance to help with Earth's transition. It also notes their kinship with the 'Winged Ones' of the Angelic and Seraphim lineages.
The encyclopedia includes this as a cross-reference only, pointing readers to its main Avians / Blue Avians entry (A24).
In galactic history
At the conception of our (twelfth) universe · Blue Avians and Urmah engineer our universe: Ismael Perez said 49 Blue Avians and 49 feline Urmah, veterans of completed universes, answered the Order of the Ancient of Days' call to engineer the polarity rules, stargates and portals of our twelfth universe.
2011 · The Guardians intervene in a war for the solar system: In a 2026-04-25 interview Ismael Perez said a major war for control of Earth broke out in our solar system in 2011, and higher-dimensional Guardians, including the Blue Avian Azurites, the Paa Tal and the feline Urmah, stepped in alongside Solar Warden.
About 2014 to 2026 · The campaign to free the solar system from the Draco: Ismael Perez says Earth Alliance, Galactic Alliance and guardian orders such as the Ormas and Blue Avians spent roughly 2014 to 2026 dismantling the Draconian command network, the artificial frequency systems behind the Moon and Saturn's rings (neutralized in 2016) and the loosh-harvesting programs, after which the Draco no longer controlled our solar system.
2014–2015 · Blue Avians seal the solar system: Ismael Perez said the Blue Avians told him they completed an electromagnetic seal around the solar system and its portals in 2014–2015 so Earth's ascension could proceed without outside interference.
By 2016 · About 100 solar-system colonies retaken: Ismael Perez said that by 2016 the Guardians and Solar Warden had recovered all the bases, about 100 colonies, including the Nazi-built Lunar Operating Command. He also dated the AI singularity to 2016.
