Living crystal intelligences said to store memory and steady planetary grids
Crystalline beings are intelligences whose bodies are said to be built from ordered mineral or crystal structures rather than carbon. Ismael Perez describes them as supportive of the Alliance and links their technology to stabilising planetary grids. He also teaches that all advancing life moves from carbon toward crystalline biology, becoming fully crystalline around the 7th to 9th dimensions.

What each source says
In his Galactic Report, Ismael Perez describes Crystalline Beings as Alliance-supportive civilizations embodied in mineral matrices or non-physical form, specialising in crystal information storage and planetary-grid stabilisation, including the stabilising and liberation of major planetary gates. He separately lists silicon-based life forms whose crystalline biology may let them experience centuries the way we experience hours. In Our Cosmic Origins he teaches a staged ladder: carbon life becomes partly crystalline through 4D to 6D, reaches pure crystalline 'double-diamond sun' genetics in 7D to 9D (the Type 3 realm), then moves on toward plasma.
The crosswalk notes that Bashar sometimes speaks of bodies changing with density but does not use Ismael's carbon-to-crystal-to-plasma ladder; the two agree only on the broad idea that embodiment grows more energetically responsive as consciousness rises.
The A–Z compilation mentions an 'Angelic Crystalline Realm' as the higher-dimensional home of the Angelic Lineage, drawn from Katrina Koltes' Akashic readings, and notes the belief that Lemurian seed crystals carry Lemurian codes.
In galactic history
The horizon of the shift · New Earth: returning toward HU2: Ismael Perez describes the goal as restoring Earth from Harmonic Universe 1 back toward HU2, where the human experiment was meant to unfold: reactivating the twelve-strand DNA template, healing the planet's crystalline grid, and living as sovereign multidimensional beings whose technology serves life. He sees this as the fulfilment of the melting-pot experiment and the end of the long cosmic war.
