Plasma Beings
Pre-material beings of living plasma who can take any form at will
Plasma beings are intelligences made of plasma or electromagnetic fields rather than solid matter. Ismael Perez teaches that the highest finite civilizations, his Type 4 beings of the 10th to 12th dimensions, are pure plasma: able to take on any body, be in many places at once and exist as particle and wave together. He also describes simpler plasma entities whose minds are spread through electromagnetic fields.

If you met one…
Picture a sphere or ripple of soft electric light that hums at the edge of hearing, then gathers itself into whatever shape will put you at ease. The sources suggest the meeting would be more about the feeling in your body than the form you see.
What they look like
Described as beyond carbon and beyond crystal: pure plasma that can appear as a sphere of light, a wave, or any physical form it chooses.
Their gifts
Materialising and dematerialising at will and existing in several places at once; in Ismael Perez's account, the most advanced even create galaxies and universes.
Their bond with Earth
Ismael Perez's Type 4 beings mostly observe the lower worlds and step in only when truly necessary. The simpler plasma entities in his Galactic Report are described as politically neutral and largely unfamiliar with human concerns.
What each source says
Ismael Perez teaches that Type 4 civilizations of Harmonic Universe 4 (dimensions 10–12) are pre-material plasma beings who can take on or dissolve form at will, be everywhere at once and exist as particle, wave or both, needing at least 48 DNA strands to step from crystalline to plasma. He identifies them with the Elohim and the creator gods who build galaxies and universes, and says they bring forth offspring by exchanging energies. His Galactic Report also lists simpler Plasma Entities whose intelligence is distributed through electromagnetic fields and who have little grasp of human politics. As a cautionary note, he says the rogue AI of the 11th Creation also became a soulless, plasma-like signal as it climbed the dimensions.
Perez said in a 2026-10-08 livestream that beings keep physical bodies up through the seventh, eighth and even ninth dimensions, and that beyond the ninth they are plasma beings. In a 2026-10-06 Q&A he said beings at that level live off energy, or liquid plasma, rather than food.
The crosswalk notes that Bashar describes advanced beings and their craft as able to shift density, frequency and physical expression, but without Ismael's plasma-DNA ladder; the overlap is about what such beings can do rather than what they are made of.
In galactic history
Undated; planned during the 11th Creation, to take billions of years · The plan for a melting-pot super race: Ismael Perez describes a great council of creator gods in the Super Universe of Orvonton that chose a slow remedy for the 'Cosmic Virus': blend the best genetics of millions of races into 100, then 22, then 12, to create beings able to live in both material and non-material realms. Universe #84 of the new 12th Creation, overseen by Archangel Michael, was chosen as the shielded melting pot.
