Atlanteans were the people of Atlantis, a legendary advanced civilization. Ismael Perez teaches that it began as Alania, a balanced colony that honoured the Divine Feminine, until infiltrators turned its council toward technocracy and domination, leading to Lemuria's destruction and then Atlantis's own sinking. Both Ismael and Bashar treat Atlantis as the classic lesson that technology must never outrun consciousness.

Their bond with Earth
In Ismael Perez's history Atlantis is the hinge of Earth's story: its corruption destroyed Lemuria, its own fall followed, and its control patterns resurfaced through Babylon and later empires. Today it is held up as the mistake humanity can choose not to repeat.
What each source says
Ismael Perez teaches that the Guardians founded Atlantis, originally Alania, as Earth's fifth colony to balance an overly ethereal Lemuria, and that the colonies lived in harmony for about 900,000 years. Enki (whom he equates with Poseidon) and his son Marduk then formed a Dark Brotherhood with renegade Pleiadians and Alpha Centaurans, overthrew the Atlantean council and seduced it into technocracy. Corrupted Atlantis used crystal tractor technology to destroy Lemuria about 50,000 years ago and planned to conquer the remaining colonies with cyborgs, until Nibiru, acting for the Guardians, turned an asteroid back onto Atlantis, which sank partly beneath the Azores. He also describes a parallel Earth where Atlantis was never destroyed, and a 5D Atlantis Earth on Earth's long descent from 12D to 3D.
Ismael Perez places Atlantis in the Atlantic Ocean and says Enki took Atlantean genetics, together with Homo erectus genetics and his own, to make Homo sapiens sapiens as a worker race while knowing Atlantis was doomed. He adds that the cabal bloodlines received an extra reptilian infusion.
Ismael Perez recounts Plato's detail that Poseidon, whom he equates with Enki, fathered ten sons with his earth-born bride Cleito, and that these ten kings of Atlantis sought to rule the whole planet, a story he sees echoed in The Lord of the Rings. He says that in Plato Zeus was Atlantis's guardian and humanity's protector, not Poseidon.
In one livestream a guest said Atlantis still exists on the ocean floor inside three vast domes, larger within than without, holding about 300 million Atlanteans eight to nine feet tall. Ismael Perez agreed that an advanced undersea civilization has survived since the collapse of Atlantis (see Undersea Atlanteans).
Perez said the original scriptures came from the Emerald Records left from Atlantis, which taught the Law of One, true galactic history and levels of initiation, later altered by the negative Anunnaki. On 2023-12-10 he said Atlantis fell because it leaned toward technology over spirituality under Marduk's technocratic, AI-driven system, and on 2023-12-12 that pre-fall humanity was a Type II stellar civilization.
Ismael Perez said Atlantis existed for about 100,000 years or slightly longer, and that The Lord of the Rings retells how the ten kings of Atlantis, sons of Poseidon by a mortal maiden, sought to dominate the planet.
Ismael Perez said Atlantis fell from a golden age into a dark age after the Luciferian Anunnaki infiltrated the Council of Atlantis about 50,000 years ago, and that some 15,000 years of war have followed its decline.
Ismael Perez said that in Atlantis, when people lived in a high state of consciousness, everyone was a wizard or magician connected to their own power, with no need for psychics or oracles, and that this magic is returning.
Ismael Perez taught that the Rh-negative bloodline (about 10–12% of people today) was founded in Atlantis by extraterrestrial 'gods of mythology' who lived alongside ascending humans, and that Rh-negative people lack the rhesus protein that links Rh-positive humans to primitive hominid lines.
Ismael Perez said original Atlanteans used twelve strands of DNA and lived thousands of years in one body; after the dark takeover, lifespans fell over roughly 9,000 years to about 90 years, and ascension will bring the 'rising of Atlantis' and the restoration of Lemuria.
Ismael Perez said Atlantis fell to an 'AI virus': cloning facilities crossing humans with animals and aliens operated there, and Enki was trying to merge humans with machines while corrupting the immortal angelic bloodline.
Ismael Perez described Atlantean temples of light as higher-education centers teaching cosmology and galactic history, the model for the 'academies of light' that will replace universities on the new Earth.
Perez says the original Atlanteans were a twelve-strand angelic people (the Tanuan race) using six strands, telepathic and living two to three thousand years, whose Council of Amenti priesthood Enki corrupted with technology.
Perez counts the Atlanteans as part of Earth's fourth seeding and says the Gnostic demiurge, whom he identifies with Enki, built a two-strand vehicle to trap their six-strand consciousness.
In a 2026-04-18 conversation Ismael Perez said the Atlanteans were the original advanced humans who predated the Anunnaki, with a twelve-strand potential of which six were active, held back only until they matured spiritually; the Anunnaki seduced them with technology.
In a 2026-04-25 interview Perez said the Atlanteans were about a thousand years ahead of today's civilization before the Anunnaki infiltrated them, and that a group of survivors went to a tropical rainforest layer deep beneath Antarctica after the cataclysm.
On Perez's 2026-04-09 livestream, guest James Rink described undersea Atlantis as three domes larger inside than out, home to about 300 million Atlanteans eight to nine feet tall; Perez agreed an undersea civilization survives, telepathic with sea life and using stargates, and compared it to the Aquaman films.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez said Atlantis lived half on land and half in the sea, but unlike Lemuria grew obsessed with technology under the influence of technocrats, developing energy systems, aerial transport, genetic engineering and undersea cities. After its fall, which he blamed on Marduk and the cabal, much of the population was downgraded into Homo sapiens sapiens and had to start over without technology, which he said is why the ocean civilizations have avoided open contact for more than 10,000 years.
Perez taught in October 2026 that Atlantis fell from fifth density because Enki disconnected ten strands of the Atlanteans' DNA, creating Homo sapiens sapiens bodies for a slave race, which he equates with the biblical fall in consciousness. In a 2026-10-04 Q&A he added that Enki infiltrated Atlantis as Poseidon with his ten hybrid sons, the kings of Atlantis, and that Zeus, whom he equates with Enlil, stopped the takeover.
Perez said in a 2026-10-06 Q&A that during Atlantean times Earth was already a Type 2 civilization. Humanity will therefore skip Type 1, he said, and simply be restored to that level as it moves into a fourth-dimensional world.
In September 2026 Ismael Perez revised the length of Atlantis: on 2026-09-27 he said it lasted about a million years and fell about 10,500 years ago, where a 2023 talk gave about 100,000 years. He said Atlantean refugees carrying what the Galactic Alliance calls the 'Atlantean marker', Rh-negative blood, settled in northern Spain and southern France (the Basque country), Iberia, the Mediterranean, Africa, India and Asia.
Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-24 that Atlantis was brought down by the method of an ancient parasitic AI network Enki worked with: studying the population's predictable reactions, amplifying fear, deepening division and encouraging compulsive behaviour until people lost contact with their higher mind.
According to the Ismael–Bashar crosswalk, Bashar has often discussed Atlantis, Atlantean remnants and possible ancient cataclysms but does not give Ismael's detailed war chronology. Where the two strongly agree is the lesson: technology reflects the consciousness using it, and no civilization can shortcut its inner growth through machinery.
Elizabeth April ties Atlantis and Lemuria to starseeds, especially Pleiadian ones, and to the Sirians, whom she links to Atlantis and Egypt. Her 2026 Federation summits explore Atlantis, Lemuria, 'galactic seeding' and the hidden role of advanced civilizations on early Earth, and she offers activations meant to reawaken Atlantean and Lemurian memories in starseeds.
Swaruu presents Atlantis less as a sunken continent than as a society, and as a reptilian stronghold standing apart from Taygetan Lemuria. In her retelling, the Eden story is an echo of Atlantis, and the 'serpent' who offered knowledge stands for Taygetan women helping humans awaken.
Popular Atlantis lore, drawing on Plato's account and Edgar Cayce's readings, remembers a great island civilization powered by crystals that fell through misuse of its power. Many starseeds report Atlantean past-life memories as priests, healers or scientists, often with a strong wish to use knowledge more wisely this time.
In galactic history
Undated; followed by about 900,000 years of balance · Alania, the first Atlantis, restores balance: According to Ismael Perez, the Lemurians had grown too ethereal to integrate spirit with matter, so the Guardians founded Alania, the original Atlantis, as a fifth colony. He says the five colonies then lived in harmony for about 900,000 years, with Lemuria as the Motherland.
About 300,000–400,000 years ago · Enki engineers Homo sapiens from three sources: Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-27 that Enki combined Homo erectus, Atlantean-derived humans and, instead of Anu's genes, his own part-Draconian genes to create Homo sapiens, disconnecting ten DNA strands; guardian-preserved Atlantean groups refused to take part.
Undated · The Dark Brotherhood infiltrates Atlantis: Ismael Perez teaches that Enki came to favour his Draco heritage and aligned with Orion, while his son Marduk drew a minority of renegade Pleiadians and Alpha Centaurans into a Dark Brotherhood. About 50,000 years ago · Luciferian Anunnaki infiltrate the Council of Atlantis: Ismael Perez said the negative Anunnaki faction, having won control of the solar system, infiltrated the Council of Atlantis and turned its golden age into a dark age.
