Altari Remnant
Hybrid heirs of Atlantis living in crystal domes in deep sea canyons
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez named the Altari Remnant (also heard as Alari) as the fourth undersea civilization working with Space Force. He described them as a hybrid of off-world and Earth lineages who coexisted with surface Atlantis and chose the oceans after its destruction, which he blames on Marduk and the cabal, and who now live in crystalline domes hidden in deep marine canyons.
Also called: Alari Remnant, Altari.

Their gifts

Their bond with Earth
Ismael Perez says they now cooperate with the Earth Alliance and Space Force and connects them with the Atlantean survivors who formed independent undersea communities after the fall.
What each source says
