Merfolk
Mermaids of legend, engineered in Enki's labs or Lemuria's sea-born heirs
Merfolk are the half-human, half-fish people of sea-lore worldwide. In a 2026 livestream Ismael Perez said they were real: Enki, whom he equates with Poseidon, mixed the 12-strand human template of the Atlantean age with animal genetics and produced mermaids, centaurs and mythology's other creatures. The wider starseed community more often remembers merfolk as gentle ocean guardians, sometimes Lemurians who took to the sea.

If you met one…
A shimmer just beneath a moonlit swell, a tail flashing silver-green, then a face watching you from the water with grave curiosity. Those who tell of such meetings speak of a song heard more in the mind than the ears, and a strong sense of being asked to look after the sea.
What they look like
Human above the waist and fish-like below, with a long scaled tail and fins; often shown with sea-green, blue or silver-flecked skin, gill slits along the neck and long hair that floats in the water.
Their gifts
Song and sound, knowledge of currents and tides, and, in community lore, keeping the ocean memory of lost lands.
Their bond with Earth
For Ismael Perez they are a legacy of the Atlantean-era hybrid program that he says the flood was meant to end. For the community they are ocean guardians and a reminder of humanity's ties to the sea.

Ismael Perez said Enki's program spliced the 12-strand humans of the Atlantean age with animal genetics, and agreed that this produced centaurs, cyclopes and mermaids, so that mythology's creatures were real.
Ismael Perez teaches that Enlil sent the flood, and that Zeus helped, to eliminate the hybrid abominations the master geneticist had made by mixing animals with humans, keeping the 12-strand potential safe in Noah's family. Read with his mermaid remarks, this marks the flood as the end of the mythic hybrid age.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez said legends of mermen and merfolk, underwater kingdoms and ocean gods grew from real ocean civilizations that withdrew from surface contact millions of years ago. In the Q&A he told listeners drawn to mermaids, or who dream of breathing underwater, that they may have lived a lifetime in those undersea cities, and he noted that there were mermen as well as mermaids.
Starseed and folk tradition worldwide, from Tritons and Nereids to Mami Wata, rusalki and selkies, remembers mer-people as real. One popular strand holds that Lemurian survivors became merfolk, dolphins and whales, while another ties merfolk to aquatic Sirian lineages such as the Nommo.
