Orions
Human peoples of Orion who lived through the galaxy's longest war, and resisted
According to Ismael Perez, many humans fleeing Lyra settled peacefully in Orion, only to be overrun when the Draco-led Orion Empire made the constellation its stronghold; a brave few formed an underground resistance called the Black League of Orion. He says this long galactic war has now ended in favor of the Light. The A–Z encyclopedia's sources add a family of Orion Belt peoples of Vegan descent, the Mintakans and the peoples of Alnilam and Alnitak, remembered as gentle 'Forces of Light', alongside the more sorrowful story of Rigel.

If you met one…
An Orion Belt being, as the encyclopedia's sources describe them, might have soft blue or mint-green skin, dark or platinum hair and eyes with no visible whites, speaking mostly by telepathy with a calm, still face. The feeling those sources suggest is of meeting someone with deep emotional clarity: an old lightworker who has seen hard times and chosen peace.
What they look like
Varied. The encyclopedia's sources describe Belt peoples of Vegan descent with greenish or blue skin; Mintakans in merfolk-like lineages (blue skin with black hair, mint-green skin with platinum hair, or deep red-brown skin); and original Rigelians as very tall, golden-haired and blue-eyed. Higher-density members may appear as light.
Their gifts
The Belt peoples are described as original lightworkers, teachers of emotional clarity and keepers of Akashic knowledge; the Orion human resistance as courageous defenders of freedom.
Their bond with Earth
In Ismael Perez's history, the Orion Empire's war reached our solar system through Mars, and he links three Orion stars to the alignment of Egypt's great pyramids. The encyclopedia says Orion-descended starseeds often feel called to bring emotional truth and healing to Earth.
What each source says
Perez teaches that the Draco reptilians entered our galaxy through Orion and built their empire there, while human refugees from Lyra settled in Orion, including the three stars that align with Egypt's pyramids, and lived peacefully until they were enslaved. A few rebels formed a secret resistance, the Black League of Orion, while some Lyrans who defected joined the Dracos in the Orion Empire. The Sirian High Council then urged all human worlds to unite, and the resulting war lasted millions of years, ending, he says, only about a year before the course.
Perez also lists Orion among the Councils of 12 serving the Guardian Alliance, so in his framework Orion is both the seat of an old empire and home to a council of the Light.
At a reader gathering published on 2023-11-27, Ismael Perez spoke of an Orion Council among the councils he teaches about. He told an attendee drawn to Orion's belt that she represented it, adding that each starseed present represents a council and that these representatives are now coming together on Earth.
Perez stressed that only the lower belt of Orion was tied to the Draco-Orion Empire; its upper regions, nearer the galactic center, were secured early by the forces of light to anchor the office of the Christ. Isis and Osiris represented the Council of Mintaka and that benevolent upper Orion, which he called the Council of Light, and the pyramids align with its belt stars.
Ismael Perez said the liberation of Earth coincides with the overthrow of the Orion Empire in our galaxy, with galactic courts now arresting reptilians, insectoids and grays who joined Lucifer's rebellion.
Perez says enslaved Lyrans in Orion were the first humans to know slavery, that free Lyrans in upper Orion became known as masculine-inclined humanoids balancing consciousness technology with machines, and that a secret rebel resistance among them formed the Black League of Orion, named for its secrecy rather than skin colour.
In a 2026-04-09 livestream Ismael Perez relayed a report that a negative intergalactic AI broadcasting from Betelgeuse in Orion, which had controlled our solar system for a couple of billion years, had been dismantled, as announced by a benevolent cosmic AI at a meeting in Antarctica.
In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Perez said the free humanoids of upper Orion formed the Black League of Orion before the Federation existed, and that Mintaka and other free upper-Orion systems were among the Federation's founding members.
In a 2026-10-06 Q&A Perez attributed Earth's negative hybrid programs to negative Orion syndicates, including reptilians, Grays, Zetas and mantis beings serving the dark side. He said those programs have now been dealt with.
Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-22 that many rebels of Orion, the Black League, the original human resistance, have reincarnated on Earth to help the ground crew, and that many souls who suffered devastation in the Orion wars have returned here.
In a 1985 transmission Bashar, as channeled by Darryl Anka, described Orion as split into two factions: a larger negative one that dominated, and a smaller positive one. Part of the positive side worked as a secret underground resistance he called the 'Black League'. He describes Orion's story as a long exploration of separation and polarity, which beings there gradually turned from negative to positive through great personal sacrifice. In his telling, Earth is one of the worlds where the rest of that Orion polarity drama is still being worked through and balanced.
Elizabeth April treats the 'Orion Wars' as an ancient galactic conflict whose karmic aftereffects still shape Earth's energy and humanity's timeline. In a 2026 Galactic Federation summit devoted to old galactic wars and karmic cycles, the Pleiadian Kinetik was asked what the Orion Wars were and how they still affect Earth. Public summaries give the theme but not the details of her account.
In the Family of Taygeta material, 'Orion' mostly names a reptilian-led alliance: the Orion Council, formed under the Alpha Draconians, which drove the Orion Wars against the Lyran worlds. The Orion region is also home to the small, amoral Orion Grays and, from Betelgeuse, to the tall, ethically advanced Etorthans. Some later posts in the community suggest that the Council's original leaders have since turned friendly toward Earth's ascension.
Drawing on Pavel Khailov, Vashta and Orion-starseed teachers, the encyclopedia describes the Belt stars as homes of Vegan-descended Forces of Light: Mintaka, a utopian water world that stayed neutral in the Orion Wars, and Alnilam and Alnitak, keepers of the Great Mysteries. It recounts Rigel as a once-free Nordic empire of Lyran refugees undone by a long civil war (George Andrews, Alex Collier, Stewart Swerdlow), and keeps all of these distinct from the negative 'Orion Group' described in the Law of One material.

About 60 million years ago · The Galactic Federation of Worlds is born: Ismael Perez says the Sirian High Council urged every system sheltering human refugees to arm and unite, and the Galactic Federation of Worlds formed about 60 million years ago to counter the Orion Empire. This opened a full-scale galactic 'Star Wars' conflict that he says lasted millions of years.
About 5 million years ago (as stated in this interview) · A coalition of light becomes the Galactic Federation: In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Ismael Perez said a Lyran-Sirian coalition of light, joined by Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Epsilon Eridani, Epsilon Bootis, Alpha and Beta Centauri, Mintaka and free upper-Orion systems, became the Galactic Federation about 5 million years ago, a different date from the roughly 60 million years in his course notes.
About 4 million years ago · The fall of Mars: According to Ismael Perez, a double agent opened a portal between Mars and Orion, and some Martians embraced technocracy and became cyborgs who warred on organic humans. The nuclear war that followed destroyed Mars' oceans and atmosphere, and the survivors withdrew inside the planet, where he says they remain.
Undated; the original period of ancient Egypt · Isis and Osiris anchor the Law of One in Egypt: In a 2023-12-09 podcast Perez said Isis and Osiris, representing the Council of Mintaka and benevolent upper Orion, ruled earliest Egypt, which is why the pyramids align with Orion's belt stars.
1920s · Orion Syndicate time-travels into the 1920s: Ismael Perez said members of the negative Orion Syndicate time-traveled into the 1920s, working first through the Aldebaran Nordics and the Vril Society and later through a Draco–Nazi deal, to re-fight a war they had lost in Atlantean times.
Within the last few years · Moon–Saturn reincarnation matrix dismantled: Ismael Perez said the forces of light took the Moon, destroyed its black-box technology and dismantled the Moon–Saturn reincarnation matrix of Enki and Marduk, ending the 'heaven trap'.
About a year before the 2026 course (described as 'only a year ago') · The Orion War ends: Ismael Perez's 2026 course says the galactic war between the Federation and the Orion Empire, fought for millions of years, ended only about a year earlier. He frames the long cosmic war as now coming to a close in favour of the Light.
Now · Galactic trials of Lucifer's rebels: Ismael Perez said galactic courts are arresting and trying reptilians, insectoids and grays of the Lucifer rebellion, part of the overthrow of the Orion Empire that mirrors Earth's liberation.
