Secret-program dolphin chimeras said to carry human DNA and gills
In a 2026-04-09 livestream, a guest of Ismael Perez who said he took part in a secret program called Project Seagate described aquatic chimeras: dolphins combined with a participant's DNA and blood, given gills so they could stay underwater, with the human said to share the creature's body. This is the guest's claim rather than Ismael's teaching, but it matches his view that secret programs breed non-human hybrids, as he says Enki once did.

In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez referred to a major operation in the Gulf of Aden in which human-dolphin hybrids, working with advanced ocean civilizations, guarded one of the undersea stargates. He credited the account to a self-described human-dolphin super soldier who had spoken about it in a public interview.
