Tall Whites
Very tall, chalk-white pragmatists who keep a polite diplomatic distance
According to Ismael Perez, the Tall Whites are tall, white humanoids who are neither saints nor villains but pragmatists: they keep their distance, decline full membership in galactic politics, and have shared limited technology with some Earth military groups. The A–Z encyclopedia's main source, Charles Hall's memoir of his 1960s service at Nellis Air Force Base, describes them as engineers and traders with chalk-white skin, pale hair and blue eyes.

If you met one…
Picture someone six to nine feet tall, slender and surprisingly delicate, with chalk-white skin, white hair and pale blue eyes, dressed in softly glowing silver. By the sources' accounts they would be courteous and businesslike, more interested in a fair exchange than a philosophical chat.

Per the encyclopedia (drawing on Charles Hall): 6–9 feet tall, chalk-white skin, white or pale hair, blue eyes, physically fragile despite their height, wearing silver or pale garments with a faint glow.

Perez says some support positive military programs, though they remain at arm's length from full political integration. The encyclopedia describes a transactional relationship with parts of the U.S. military, based on Hall's 1965–1967 service at Nellis AFB and Indian Springs.

Perez classifies the Tall Whites as pragmatic or neutral rather than inherently benevolent or hostile. They keep diplomatic distance, refuse full political integration and have engaged in limited technical exchange with terrestrial military organizations; some reportedly support positive military programs. He gives no homeworld.
Perez names the Tall Whites of Sirius B as humanity's real progenitors, citing Linda Moulton Howe, and links them with the Sirian seeders described by Barbara Hand Clow.
Elizabeth April has said that when she was 18, at a meditation retreat in Ontario, tall white beings took her aboard a craft, and in interviews she speaks of learning from the tall whites as well as the Greys during her childhood encounters. She does not appear to treat them as a separate teaching topic beyond her own contact story. (Based on interview write-ups.)
Based mainly on Charles Hall's four-volume Millennial Hospitality, the encyclopedia describes the Tall Whites as engineers, traders and operational functionaries rather than spiritual teachers, with a protocol-bound, transactional approach to Earth. Their origin is uncertain: possibly Procyon or Arcturus, while Elena Danaan identifies them with the Kiily Tokurt of Vela. The entries also note that chalk-white Procyonians are sometimes confused with them and that some 'Nordic' sightings may refer to them.
