Ismael Perez teaches that a new human, which his book calls the Violet race of men and others call Homo galacticus or Homo noeticus, is emerging as photonic gamma energy from the galactic core activates dormant DNA. Fourth-wave starseed children are its forerunners, arriving with galactic memories and three to four active strands, while activated adults may reach 24 to 144 strands in crystalline, hydroplasmic and antimatter tiers. He contrasts this organic human 3.0 with a transhumanist 'Homo universalis' and says these angelic humans will be the true disclosure.

What each source says
Ismael Perez said fourth-wave starseeds, arriving since about 2000 with intact galactic memories and three to four DNA strands, belong to what he calls the Violet race of men: the new Homo galacticus or Homo noeticus.
Ismael Perez said the organic human 3.0 (Homo noeticus or galacticus) is being produced by photonic gamma-ray energy from the galactic core, in contrast to the transhumanist 'Homo universalis' that began with Nazi cyborg programs.
Ismael Perez said activated humans will use crystalline, hydroplasmic or antimatter DNA depending on whether they carry 12–24, 36–48 or 144 strands, and will be the first species to keep a physical body while doing so.
Perez said in October 2026 that the galactic avatar of the fifth dimension is fifty percent crystalline light body and fifty percent carbon-based biology, with twelve active strands. At 6D it is seventy-five percent crystalline with eighteen strands, at 7D fully crystalline, and those beyond 9D operate with forty-eight strands.
In a livestream on 2026-09-22, Ismael Perez described the coming shift as a literal transition from the mortal 3D Homo sapiens avatar into the immortal 5D 'Homo galacticus' avatar through light-body activation, happening before the cataclysms; those reaching 7D and above inherit 'hydroplasma' DNA beyond crystalline DNA.
