Take 30 deep inhales and passive exhales (in about 3 seconds in, 2 seconds out). After the last exhale, hold your breath out for up to 15 seconds or until the body signals, then inhale deeply and hold again briefly. Repeat in rounds for resilience.
Practice seated or lying down, never in water or while driving. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and check with a professional if you’re pregnant or have heart, lung or blood-pressure conditions.
